About Bahrain Development Bank
Since the Bahrain Development Bank (BDB) commenced operations in 1992, BDB activities have been focused on the financing and development of small and medium businesses, in addition to encouraging and supporting entrepreneurship in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Working in line with Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030, BDB’s mission is to adopt a dynamic and effective strategy for stimulating entrepreneurial activity and the financing and advising of small and medium businesses (SMEs).
This strategy is in line with the BDB’s mission to grow and support this sector of the economy, which continues to expand and make ever greater contributions to domestic GDP.
