Abu Dhabi, UAE – February 27, 2024 – The inaugural TradeTech Forum, hosted by the World Economic Forum (WEF), the UAE Ministry of Economy, and the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED), will convene a global gathering of leaders and experts to explore the transformative power of trade technologies and pave the way for a more efficient, inclusive, and sustainable global trade environment.
The Forum will bring together 150 of the world’s leading trade experts, ranging from senior trade officials and logistics providers to investors and academics, for a series of keynote speeches, panel discussions, and networking opportunities.
Organised as a side event to the 13th Ministerial Conference of the World Trade Organization (WTO MC13), the TradeTech Forum will take place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) on 27 February, 2024.
The TradeTech Forum will feature keynote speeches from distinguished senior trade officials and C-level members of the TradeTech Advisory Committee.
The forum will also include panel discussions on topics such as the UAE’s role in boosting the TradeTech ecosystem, investment opportunities in trade technologies, and the potential of technologies like blockchain and artificial intelligence to transform global trade.
Participants will also have the opportunity to engage in a dynamic discussion format known as the World Café, and networking opportunities through buffet-style lunches and coffee breaks. For those seeking more personalised interaction, bilateral meetings will be available to book.
