In this instance, a soft commodity trader required a receivables purchase facility for one of their large customers, as they had increased sales.

The group purchased from Africa and sold into the US. At the time they approached TFG, they were paying for products using existing company funds, as the sale limits breached their banking limits. 

Trade Finance Global (TFG) were able to raise a $50 million receivables purchase facility for up to 120 days on each draw, with the aim to add further obligors under the framework agreement.
