In my current role, I am responsible for the trade finance business of the bank, which includes origination, structuring, syndication, and distribution of trade finance products and services. I manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors and regions, and I leverage my extensive network and expertise to provide tailored and competitive solutions that meet their requirements and expectations. Some of the key skills that I apply in my work are structured trade & commodity financing, origination, investment banking, risk management, and relationship management. I also actively engage with internal and external stakeholders, such as regulators, industry associations, and development partners, to promote and enhance the trade finance ecosystem in Africa.
