Relationship Manager, Trade and Supply Chain Finance Program, Asian Development Bank
Carmen Ramirez is part of the Asian Development Bank (ADB)’s Trade and Supply Chain Finance Program (TSCFP) working as Relationship Manager with a mandate to increase the Program’s supply chain finance business across APAC through deployment of SCF solutions, development of risk-sharing partnerships and development of new products such as deep tier supply chain finance. She is project co-lead on ADB’s Trade Digitalization Initiative, ADB’s effort to promote and advance the digitization of global trade. Prior to joining ADB, Carmen worked at the Economic and Commercial Office of Spanish Embassy in the Philippines and, previously, in various treasury roles in a home care manufacturing company.
Carmen earned an MBA in International Management on a scholarship for Young Professionals from the Menéndez Pelayo International University (UIMP) in partnership with ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones (through the ICEX-CECO Business School), a government agency dedicated to supporting the internationalization of the Spanish economy.
